Time to set your Valentine’s Day Goals

Let’s face it. The time for New Year’s Resolutions has passed. Not surprisingly, a staggering 92% of us well-intentioned folks have already given up on our resolutions.

One big reason why is that people make resolutions as a way to motivate themselves, to reinvent themselves.  Break out of bad habits.

But if you’re not ready to look at your behaviors to create real change, or aren’t sure what the first steps are, it can get very challenging to stick to any resolution once the end of January rolls around.

Enter February! It’s Valentines Day, and a whole new chance to show yourself some real love.

I’m here to help you set GOALS, not make resolutions. I’ve developed a proven 5-step workbook that will guide you to real change. You’ll brainstorm ideas, refine them, create goals that are right for you and then prepare for success.

Here’s a sneak peak at the first page of the workbook. Try it out for a day or two. If you’re intrigued and want to learn more, just enter your name and email below and I’ll share the full 2014 Goal Setting Workbook with you. Completely free.

Happy Valentines Day!
